CHASSIS DIVISION
We are an industry leader when it comes to strengthening and repairing bent and cracked RAM 1500 chassis. With too many repairs to count under our belt, we've earned the name, however we are more than just that.
We design, manufacture and test our chassis bracing in house at Monster HQ in Castlemaine Victoria. We ship our bracing across the country to our approved installers to complete prevention installs, and guide them on how to repair chassis with our proven method time and time again.
What’s even better is everything we do is engineered, legal and backed by us.
Chassis Repairs
We can fix and repair anything from sizeable cracks to bent rails, whether that is on an Australian mid-size Ute or a large American truck, we have the knowledge and expertise to get the job done right and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Chassis Strengthening
We have multiple strengthening kits of our own to suit RAM 1500 DS & DT to both Next Gen Ford Rangers and their previous models.
Our RAM 1500 bracing is like nothing else on the market, and we are extremely secretive about it. We not only add thickness to the wall of the chassis, but we also add height into the rail while giving it an extremely OEM factory look to make sure these vehicles can handle our tough Australian conditions.
Chassis Stretches
We can currently offer chassis stretches to:
- Mazda BT50 2012 to 2022
- Ford Ranger 2012 to 2022
- Ford Ranger Next Gen 2022 Onwards

Our stretches can consist of 300mm, 450mm or 600mm and can cater to GVM upgraded vehicles. Stretches will consist of the following:
- Custom manufactured OEM style chassis rail
- Extended and balanced tail shaft
- Extended fuel lines
- Extend wiring with OEM Plugs and our own harnesses
- Extended brake lines
