MONSTER OFFROAD RAM 1500 DT CHASSIS BRACING (NO GVM)

We have been working extremely hard behind the scenes to get our CHASSIS BRACING on the market to suit the RAM 1500 DT PLATFORM and we are happy to finally release it to the public. 

This is a complete chassis bracing structure designed, built, and engineered right here in Victoria. Consists of 3mm thick walls 3mm centre and 5mm base plate upgrading from the factory thin wall, small rails.  

Our bracing has been heavily tested and certified using Finite element analysis (FEA) which is a computerised method for predicting how a product reacts to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow and other physical effects. Finite element analysis shows whether a product will break, wear out or work the way it was designed. We can provide the required paperwork for engineering to our list of approved engineers at an additional fee ($900) providing it has been fitted by an approved facility. 

BRACING WILL ONLY BE SENT TO ONE OF OUR APPROVED FACILITIES AND NOT DIRECT TO ANY CUSTOMERS OR 3RD PARTIES

Bracing is priced heavily for non GVM customers simply due to the development costs that were involved. 

Fuel tank will need to be removed to complete these upgrade works, its also a great time to think about running a long range tank if you haven't already.

NOTE: BRACED REAR CHASSIS (DUE TO TWO DIFFERENT CHASSIS SUPPLIED FROM ASV, ONE WITH BRACING AND ONE WITHOUT. FACTORY BRACED VEHICLES WILL REQUIRE NO ADDITION CHASSIS WORK, UNBRACED VEHICLES WILL SUIT MONSTER OFFROADS CHASSIS BRACING)
